Staying at Apartemen Bassura City by Queen in Jakarta was a pleasant experience overall. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived—they helped with check-in, answered questions promptly, and made me feel at home. Even though it’s not right in the city center, it’s very convenient for getting around via public transit, and there are plenty of local restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped—especially the kitchen, which had everything I needed for cooking meals. It's ideal for longer stays or family trips. I appreciated the good value for money without compromising on comfort or quality. Overall, it’s a reliable, comfortable option in Jakarta, and I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in the city.

Absolutely perfect! The apartment is spotless and incredibly comfortable, located just a short walk from the mall—great for dining out or cooking at home. Everything you need is provided in the kitchen, and having a private swimming pool on-site makes it even more special. I stayed alone and felt completely at ease. It’s an excellent value with top-notch amenities—definitely going to book again.
