Staying at Best Western Premier the Hive in Jakarta was an absolute delight from start to finish. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from major attractions and public transit, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and had a stunning view of the skyline—especially beautiful during sunset. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Breakfast was exceptional—fresh, diverse, and delicious, with something for every taste. Cleanliness, service, and amenities all earned top marks. This hotel truly delivers on every front. I’d highly recommend it to any traveler visiting Jakarta. 10/10 without hesitation!

Absolutely worth every penny! The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night's sleep. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. Located just minutes from the subway, getting around Jakarta was super convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It’s rare to find such a great value proposition in a city like Jakarta—definitely going to book here again on my next trip!

Check-in was extremely frustrating, and the staff provided very poor service. The room had noticeable mold issues, and the bathroom was infested with insects. Power outages happened frequently and lasted for hours without any staff taking responsibility or offering solutions. The overall experience was disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone.

I appreciated the good value for money without compromising on comfort or quality. Overall, it’s a reliable, comfortable option in Jakarta, and I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in the city.
