Renaissance Dallas Hotel

The Renaissance Dallas Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was spotlessly clean, with a fresh and calming atmosphere that made me feel instantly at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. I appreciated how close it was to public transit—getting around downtown Dallas was a breeze. The staff were friendly and efficient throughout my stay, making check-in and check-out seamless. With great amenities, excellent location, and top-notch cleanliness, this hotel offers incredible value. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in Dallas.

Hilton Anatole, Dallas

Staying at Hilton Anatole in Dallas was a fantastic experience overall. The location is unbeatable—just minutes from downtown and easy access to everything. The hotel’s amenities are top-notch, and having Jade Waters Park right on-site is such a wonderful bonus for guests who want a peaceful retreat. That said, the pool bar service was painfully slow during our visit, especially over Memorial Day weekend. With wristband prices increased from $25 to $55, it would’ve made sense to bring in extra staff to keep up with demand. Waiting 30+ minutes for a drink really took away from the relaxation we were hoping for. It’s a shame because everything else about the stay was excellent. A little more staffing during peak times could make this already great experience even better.

Hotel ZaZa Dallas

My stay at Hotel ZaZa Dallas was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I arrived, Craig, the valet manager, greeted me by name with a warm and personal welcome—such a thoughtful touch that made me feel truly valued. My SUV was promptly parked, and the bellman efficiently unloaded my luggage without any hassle. At check-in, Madison from the front desk was incredibly helpful—she already had my room key ready, making the process seamless. The room itself was spacious, immaculately clean, and the mattress was simply divine—perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The property is very accessible, located in a great spot for both business and leisure travel. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and the service exceeded expectations. This is definitely a top-tier hotel experience, and I’ll be back without hesitation.
