It was also the first time our child slept alone in a room, marking a small but meaningful step toward independence. We booked through a platform, and the rate was great for the quality. This was our third stay in Singapore, and Shangri-La stood out for its excellent Chinese-speaking service—many staff members were fluent in Mandarin, making communication easy and welcoming. The only minor downside was the check-in queue, which took a bit longer than expected, but the staff were friendly and efficient despite the wait. Overall, this hotel delivers an outstanding value and unforgettable stay. I’d gladly come back again.

Thankfully, the on-duty manager Alieen Bello handled everything with great professionalism—she immediately arranged a room change and personally escorted us to our new room.
