We had requested a preferred floor for our stay, and they happily accommodated us by placing our room next to our daughter and granddaughter’s—such a thoughtful touch! The room itself was spotless, bright, and refreshed daily with excellent attention to cleanliness. Breakfast was always busy, even when we tried different times to avoid crowds, but there was always plenty of food available, and everything was served hot, fresh, and delicious. Staff were incredibly friendly—especially Jennie, who greeted us by name each morning with a smile. Tables were wiped down quickly and plates cleared right after use, keeping the space tidy and pleasant throughout. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Times Square, steps away from shopping, dining, and subway access. Everything you need is within walking distance. It’s not just convenient—it’s an experience. For comfort, service, and prime positioning, this hotel delivers top-tier value.
