The stay at Palazzo 4 Fontane 12 was truly disappointing. The staff were unfriendly and gave off a fake kind attitude—no genuine hospitality at all. The walls in our room were extremely dirty and visibly stained, so we requested a room change. To our shock, the staff admitted they only clean rooms once a year! After switching rooms, our luggage went missing for just three seconds—no one took responsibility. The breakfast was bland and poorly presented, almost unappetizing. Overall, the experience was terrible. From poor service to unsanitary conditions and lack of accountability, this property doesn’t live up to its name or expectations. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
