To our delight, it was ready when we checked out—perfect for enjoying a hearty meal en route to the airport. Parking fees were paid seamlessly at checkout, and exiting the garage was smooth and hassle-free. With such great comfort, thoughtful service, and unbeatable location, I can confidently say we’ll be returning to Grand Hotel Oriente on our next visit to Naples. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was an absolute highlight—rich and varied, with eggs, cold cuts, cheese, pastries, small treats, fresh fruit, and fruit salad. It felt like a proper celebration of local flavors. But what truly made the stay memorable was the staff—warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful at every turn. We left feeling welcomed and cared for. While the room and overall overnight experience were excellent, the parking cost is definitely something that needs reevaluation. It would be great if they could offer more reasonable rates for guests arriving by car. Otherwise, it's a solid choice for travelers who don’t need to drive.
