The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Hollywood, steps away from all the action. The café right on the ground floor serves delicious food and chilled beer, perfect for a refreshing drink after a long day exploring. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with friendly staff who go the extra mile. It’s an unbeatable value for the price, and I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in LA.

My wife and I had an amazing time exploring the area, especially enjoying the Reggae Festival at the Hollywood Bowl—just a short walk from the property. While the airport is a bit far, the low price more than makes up for it. The room is compact—just enough space for the bed and luggage—but after a long day of sightseeing, I didn’t feel cramped at all while resting. One downside: hot water wasn’t consistent; sometimes only lukewarm water came out, which was a bit disappointing. On the bright side, there’s a large supermarket just a 5-minute walk away, perfect for grabbing snacks and essentials. There’s no full kitchen, but the room does come with a microwave and fridge—very handy for quick meals or chilling drinks. Overall, the combination of affordable pricing and unbeatable location made this stay highly satisfying. If you're looking for value and convenience in Hollywood, this place is definitely worth considering.

This is our third visit to this hotel in the past 16 years, and it’s been fascinating to witness the evolution of both the property and the surrounding neighborhood. While complimentary breakfast was once offered, it’s no longer available post-pandemic—now only coffee is provided, though I prefer tea so it doesn’t affect me. The two rooms we booked for two nights were charming and cozy, with a warm, homey feel throughout the complex. The entire property is well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. Parking is excellent—spacious and convenient, which is always a plus when traveling by car. The hotel manager, accompanied by her tiny adorable dog, and all the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite. Their genuine hospitality made us feel truly welcome. One small note: my deposit refund hasn’t been processed yet, but I’ll follow up with the bank upon returning to the UK if it’s still outstanding. Despite that, the overall experience remains outstanding. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Los Angeles.

If you value practicality, good access, and a comfortable base in Hollywood, this hotel is definitely worth considering.
