That’s when the team stepped in with kindness: they proactively arranged a room transfer to the quieter Water Pavilion area, which made such a difference. To top it off, they brought me a warm bowl of soft, comforting congee with light side dishes right before bedtime. It wasn’t just food—it felt like care. Stayed at Putian Hotel (Xiamen Mingfa Plaza) and was genuinely impressed by the outstanding value for money. The room was surprisingly spacious—far bigger than expected for the price—and everything was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The new front desk staff member, Yu Ni, was absolutely fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Even when we weren’t sure how to ask our questions, she patiently guided us through everything. Location is excellent too—just a short walk from Xiamen Railway Station and surrounded by great dining options. I’ll definitely be booking here again on my next trip to Xiamen!
