That’s when the team stepped in with kindness: they proactively arranged a room transfer to the quieter Water Pavilion area, which made such a difference. To top it off, they brought me a warm bowl of soft, comforting congee with light side dishes right before bedtime. It wasn’t just food—it felt like care. Staff are attentive and helpful; they greeted us warmly, shared details about laundry facilities and breakfast timing, and even offered a thoughtful late-night bowl of hot porridge. Cleanliness is top-notch—the bathroom features full dry-wet separation, with spotless white tiles and no lingering chemical smell in the towels. Even when we weren’t sure how to ask our questions, she patiently guided us through everything.
