The staff, especially Mustafa and the manager, went above and beyond with their warm, attentive service—always smiling, always helpful. There’s a great bar, a dedicated kids’ area, and plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. Everything about this hotel feels thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. The ambiance throughout the property felt warm, inviting, and impeccably clean, with a subtle, pleasant scent that made returning from excursions feel like stepping into a serene retreat. What truly stood out was the personal touch—the managers regularly checked in to ensure everything was perfect. That kind of thoughtful attention is rare and deeply appreciated. The golf cart was always nearby, ready to take me to SoHo Square or beyond—super convenient. Once, I mentioned a minor concern about the restaurant, and within minutes, the head of the dining complex personally came by to apologize and make things right. That level of care left a lasting impression. I also want to thank Mr. Mamdouh for his exceptional hospitality—it made all the difference. The spa area with sauna and hammam near the pool is a great way to unwind. And if you're planning to dine at any of the A-La-Carte restaurants, book ahead—especially L’Entrecot and Rosmarino, which delivered some of the best meals I’ve had on vacation. This hotel truly sets the bar high. Without hesitation, I’ll be choosing another Savoy Group property for my next trip. It’s not just a stay—it’s a memorable experience.

A major plus: free shuttle service to other Rixos hotels in Sharm El Sheikh, including Ricos Premium Seagate, which made exploring nearby options easy. The hotel also arranged a private driver, adding extra convenience. Having stayed at several Rixos properties before, this one stood out as the best in terms of service. Special thanks go to Mr. Hanna Adxl, Mehmet Bülbül, Chef Mehmet, Ekrem, and the front desk team—especially the night-shift staff who were always present and welcoming. Their dedication made our stay unforgettable.

Sheraton Sharm Hotel, Resort, Villas & Spa
Staying at Sheraton Sharm Resort was a highlight of our trip to Sharm El Sheikh. The ocean-view room was absolutely stunning—waking up to the sunrise through the window was magical and exactly why we chose this hotel. The location is peaceful and quiet, with no nearby shops or commercial areas, so if you don’t book the full board package, you’ll need to pay for meals at the on-site restaurant. That said, it’s still convenient and gives you flexibility in dining choices. Transportation options are limited—while the hotel can arrange taxis or shuttle services, prices are quite high. And unfortunately, there’s no Uber available anywhere in Sharm El Sheikh, making getting around expensive and less convenient. The beach is serene and uncrowded, perfect for relaxing, but the coral reefs aren’t as vibrant as those near dedicated dive shops. We took a day trip to one of those spots, and wow—the energy, crowds, and variety of restaurants were much more lively and affordable. Regarding cleanliness, the staff did a great job overall. I especially loved the little towel flower left on the bed the second day! However, I noticed a small bump under the sheets, which bothered me a bit since I’m quite particular about bedding comfort. Also, the duvet insert was just sandwiched between two covers instead of being enclosed properly—during the night, it shifted out of place, leaving me cold and having to cover up with an extra blanket. Still, hygiene standards were excellent across the board.
