My only minor concern is that after the recent renovation, the door to the room doesn’t seem to have strong soundproofing—voices from the hallway, rolling luggage, or service carts are clearly audible, especially late at night. It’s a small downside, but honestly, it doesn’t take away from the overall exceptional experience. The hotel’s elegance, comfort, and service far outweigh this one issue. If you’re looking for a refined stay in Madrid, this is definitely a top-tier choice.

This was hands down the most impressive hotel of my entire trip. I stayed for two nights, and on the second day—coincidentally during National Day—the hotel upgraded me to a larger room at no extra cost, which was such a thoughtful surprise. The bathroom was spacious with two sinks, and the shower area was fully enclosed with glass—so much safer and more comfortable than the half-closed or bathtub-style setups I’ve seen elsewhere. Location-wise, it’s perfect: close to everything but surprisingly quiet at night, making it ideal for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was absolutely outstanding—so many options, including warm milk, fresh vegetables, and mushrooms! That last one really stood out—it’s not something you see every day. Also, they provided two 500ml bottles of water daily in the room, whereas other hotels usually only give one on the first day. Small details like this make a big difference. Overall, an excellent stay with fantastic value. I’d definitely come back.

She arranged a taxi with a car seat for our airport pickup and drop-off at the door—such a thoughtful touch. She also gave us great local recommendations for hidden gem restaurants and off-the-beaten-path sights that made our trip so much more authentic and memorable. Bus line 150 stops right outside the hotel and goes directly to Puerta del Sol with no transfers, making public transit a convenient option. Just keep in mind that taxis in Madrid are extremely expensive—my ride from the hotel to the city center cost over €30, which isn’t ideal for short stays. Overall, this hotel works better for longer visits when you’re looking to save on transport costs and don’t mind a bit of distance. For travelers prioritizing convenience and budget, especially those planning to explore on foot or by bus, this place offers great value.
