I’ve stayed at Windsor Plaza Hotel for three consecutive Christmas seasons in Ho Chi Minh City, and it’s become my go-to choice. The location is fantastic—right across from Ben Thanh Market, so shopping for local snacks or souvenirs is super easy. Plus, there’s a 7-Eleven right outside the front door, which is super convenient when you’re tired or want a late-night snack. The staff are always friendly and helpful, making check-in and daily interactions a breeze. The room is spacious and well-designed, with plenty of room to move around—definitely more than expected for the price. It’s such a great value for money compared to other hotels in the area. I’ll definitely be booking here again on my next trip. This hotel has truly become part of my Christmas tradition in Ho Chi Minh City.

Rivergate Central in Ho Chi Minh City is a perfect urban retreat that delivers on safety and convenience. From the moment we arrived, the access card system, attentive security staff, and clear check-in instructions made everything smooth and stress-free—especially reassuring when returning late at night. Though the apartment is compact, it’s well-equipped with reliable Wi-Fi and effective air conditioning, making it comfortable for both short stays and longer visits. Its location is unbeatable: just a short walk or quick ride to the restaurants in District 4 and major attractions in District 1. While it doesn’t offer panoramic river views, the overall experience more than makes up for it. Clean, secure, and thoughtfully designed, this place offers excellent value and is definitely worth staying again.

This is my go-to choice for business trips! The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk or quick metro ride to the office, which saves so much time. The room has excellent soundproofing, so I could work uninterrupted even when the hallway was busy. The high-speed Wi-Fi is rock solid, and screen mirroring worked flawlessly during my presentations. I also appreciated the complimentary laundry service—it’s such a thoughtful touch that made my stay stress-free. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. Just one small note: at 10 a.m., a staff member came in to clean, but our check-out time wasn’t until 12 p.m. Since we were still in the room, it felt a bit awkward having someone come in before we left. It would be better if housekeeping could schedule cleaning after check-out to avoid any inconvenience. That said, the room was spotless, the location is fantastic, and the service was top-notch. Definitely coming back!

The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious and well-prepared. My daughter loved the fragrance class offered at the hotel and picked up a White Tea & Fig scent—so elegant and calming. Located near the Korean Town area, it’s easy to explore even if you don’t speak Vietnamese. Just a 10-minute walk to Saigon Convention Center, and taxis are super affordable—around 30,000 VND (~$1.50 USD). True, there isn’t much to see around the exhibition zone, but that’s not why we came. We came to rest, recharge, and enjoy a quiet, thoughtful stay—and we did just that. A perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and charm.

The staff are consistently friendly and attentive, and the room quality absolutely justifies the price point. This isn’t just a great stay—it’s a standout experience.
