On my first day, I realized I’d forgotten my charger at home. Without hesitation, he walked with me for quite a distance to buy a new one, even helping me pick the right model. Later, when I lost my power bank, he didn’t hesitate — he hopped on his motorbike and took me to get another one. Throughout my trip, I ran into several unexpected issues, but every time, he stepped in with a smile, always ready to help. He even took me to some amazing local eateries off the beaten path, where I enjoyed authentic Vietnamese food that tasted far better than any tourist spot. His hospitality, warmth, and proactive attitude made all the difference. It’s rare to find such personal care in a hotel setting, and it definitely went beyond expectations. I’ll definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

Breakfast was served at the on-site Enjoy Food & Drink restaurant, which had a cozy vibe and great food quality. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any questions or requests. I really appreciated their warm hospitality. Overall, the experience was outstanding—from the comfortable room to the excellent service. It’s rare to find such a well-located, thoughtfully run place with such a high level of care. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious and well-prepared. My daughter loved the fragrance class offered at the hotel and picked up a White Tea & Fig scent—so elegant and calming. Located near the Korean Town area, it’s easy to explore even if you don’t speak Vietnamese. Just a 10-minute walk to Saigon Convention Center, and taxis are super affordable—around 30,000 VND (~$1.50 USD). True, there isn’t much to see around the exhibition zone, but that’s not why we came. We came to rest, recharge, and enjoy a quiet, thoughtful stay—and we did just that. A perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and charm.
