Getting to District 1 by taxi was quick and easy, making it perfect for exploring the city. Located in District 7, it's super convenient: right next to a shopping complex (though not much to browse inside), but just a short walk across a small canal brings you straight into Koreatown. There's no shortage of great restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and even massage spots—no need to worry about breakfast when Pho Vietnam nearby serves amazing bowls of pho. The only downside? It’s a bit far from the airport and central city, and traffic can be heavy during peak hours. Still, with good transport options like taxis and metro access, it’s easy to navigate. Overall, an excellent choice for a relaxed, well-located stay in Ho Chi Minh City—I’d definitely come back!

We booked a stay for 14 people, including elderly guests and young children, only to be abruptly canceled just before arrival—five of our reservations were wiped out without warning. With check-in set at 2:30 PM, we were left stranded on the street trying to find alternative accommodations last minute. The platform sent emails claiming transaction declined, which felt misleading and unprofessional. This was an incredibly stressful and disorganized experience, especially with families and seniors involved. It’s frustrating to feel so helpless and misled. I wouldn’t recommend this property or the booking process to anyone—poor communication, zero support, and a complete lack of reliability.
