The room is spacious and well-designed, with plenty of room to move around—definitely more than expected for the price. It’s such a great value for money compared to other hotels in the area. I’ll definitely be booking here again on my next trip. This hotel has truly become part of my Christmas tradition in Ho Chi Minh City.

Absolutely loved staying at RichLane Residences! Compared to similar apartments I've stayed in Kuala Lumpur, this one truly stands out. The room was spotless every day thanks to the daily cleaning service, and all the amenities were up to standard—perfect for a comfortable, self-catering stay. Located in District 7, it's super convenient: right next to a shopping complex (though not much to browse inside), but just a short walk across a small canal brings you straight into Koreatown. There's no shortage of great restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and even massage spots—no need to worry about breakfast when Pho Vietnam nearby serves amazing bowls of pho. The only downside? It’s a bit far from the airport and central city, and traffic can be heavy during peak hours. Still, with good transport options like taxis and metro access, it’s easy to navigate. Overall, an excellent choice for a relaxed, well-located stay in Ho Chi Minh City—I’d definitely come back!

Just one small note: at 10 a.m., a staff member came in to clean, but our check-out time wasn’t until 12 p.m. Since we were still in the room, it felt a bit awkward having someone come in before we left. It would be better if housekeeping could schedule cleaning after check-out to avoid any inconvenience. That said, the room was spotless, the location is fantastic, and the service was top-notch.
