We booked a stay for 14 people, including elderly guests and young children, only to be abruptly canceled just before arrival—five of our reservations were wiped out without warning. With check-in set at 2:30 PM, we were left stranded on the street trying to find alternative accommodations last minute. The platform sent emails claiming transaction declined, which felt misleading and unprofessional. This was an incredibly stressful and disorganized experience, especially with families and seniors involved. It’s frustrating to feel so helpless and misled. I wouldn’t recommend this property or the booking process to anyone—poor communication, zero support, and a complete lack of reliability.

He even took me to some amazing local eateries off the beaten path, where I enjoyed authentic Vietnamese food that tasted far better than any tourist spot. His hospitality, warmth, and proactive attitude made all the difference. It’s rare to find such personal care in a hotel setting, and it definitely went beyond expectations. I’ll definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City.
