Perfect stay for two! The room was spotless and thoughtfully designed with practicality in mind. Modern, brand-new amenities—including the shower, hairdryer, and compact kitchenette—were cleverly built-in to maximize space without sacrificing functionality. Everything you’d need was provided, and when we asked, they even brought extra bottled water and tea bags—very thoughtful. Located right in the heart of London, getting here from Heathrow was a breeze: just take the train to Paddington station, which is literally steps away. We kept the window open at night and were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was—no city noise at all. Overall, an exceptional experience with excellent value. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Staying on the 4th floor was a bit of a hassle since the elevator only went up to the 3rd floor—had to walk up a flight. The room came with just one towel and no hand towels at all, which was disappointing. The showerhead was broken, and adjusting the water temperature was frustratingly inconsistent. The TV was in the kitchen instead of the bedroom, which made relaxing after dinner a bit awkward. There’s also a small, uncomfortable sofa facing the TV in the kitchen—hardly ideal for watching anything for long. That said, the location is excellent: close to Bayswater, Kensington Gardens, and bus stops. The neighborhood itself feels safe, quiet, and well-connected. Despite the minor drawbacks, it's a pleasant area and the overall value makes this a solid choice for travelers looking for convenience and charm.
