We stayed at Palm House Boutique Hotel and Spa in November with our family and two young kids, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience. From the very beginning, Carolyn went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information and support we needed—her attention to detail set the tone for our entire trip. During our stay, we truly enjoyed the Poolhouse area, especially the heated pool surrounded by lush greenery—perfect for relaxing and letting the kids play safely. The spa was a highlight: luxurious treatments that left us feeling completely refreshed. We dined at both restaurants, and every meal was exceptional. Chef Gregory Henderson crafted a menu full of creativity and storytelling—each dish felt intentional and deeply thought out. Paired with Richard’s outstanding wine selections and the impeccable service from Kenny and Nadine, dinner became a true culinary journey. And let’s not forget the cocktails served by Quinton and Lucas by the pool—refreshing, expertly made, and the perfect way to unwind. Max, Ilze, and their whole team ensured nothing was missing—we never had to ask twice, and any request was handled with warmth and speed. This hotel isn’t just great—it’s exceptional. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you for such a wonderful, memorable stay!

My stay at 23 Grace was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The staff were professional, warm, and always ready to help—no request felt too small. The room itself was spotless, beautifully appointed, and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect retreat after a full day of exploring Cape Town. Located in a quiet yet convenient area, I could easily walk to nearby attractions or hop on public transit without hassle. Everything worked smoothly, exactly as promised, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I’d gladly return and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the city.

Our group's stay at Savoy Lodge was easily the best hotel experience we've had in South Africa. The property is small but perfectly charming—clean, comfortable, and safe, with spacious rooms that made us feel right at home. The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, always going the extra mile. High-speed Wi-Fi worked flawlessly throughout our stay, and breakfast was a highlight—freshly prepared to order with excellent quality and great variety. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, it’s still super convenient for exploring all corners of Cape Town. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this place delivers on every level. A true gem.

Staying at Southern Sun Newlands was a fantastic experience—affordable without compromising on comfort or location. The hotel is perfectly situated just a short walk from the city center, making it easy to explore Cape Town’s vibrant neighborhoods. Public transport is nearby, and there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. The room was clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly spacious for the price. The bed was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. For travelers looking for a great value option with excellent access to attractions and amenities, this is definitely a top choice.

A peaceful and quiet retreat in Cape Town, Selton Guest House offers a serene atmosphere perfect for unwinding. While we didn’t get a chance to swim due to the location being a bit further from the beach, the overall stay was excellent. The property is well-maintained, clean, and very welcoming. It’s also conveniently located for exploring the city—easy access to public transit and nearby attractions. Definitely a great choice if you’re looking for a calm, comfortable base while still being close to everything.

What a wonderful stay! Gail and Fadzi were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The studio apartment is beautifully designed with a unique artistic charm, especially the pottery studio corner—so creative and cozy. The whole atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it easy to imagine coming back again and again. Located in a quiet yet accessible part of Cape Town, it’s the perfect blend of comfort, culture, and tranquility. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, authentic experience.

Absolutely wonderful experience at Hedge House Guest House! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by the incredibly warm and thoughtful hosts. The attention to detail throughout the property made my stay truly special—every little touch added comfort and charm. Staying at The Quadrant Apartments was an absolute delight! The view of Table Mountain from the large windows was breathtaking—every morning felt like waking up in a postcard. The apartment itself was spotless, cozy, and well-designed with modern touches that made it feel like home. Communication with the team was excellent—prompt, friendly, and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Location is convenient, close to attractions and transport links, yet quiet enough to relax. It’s rare to find such a high-quality experience at this price point. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cape Town—truly unforgettable.

Staying at Karibu Guesthouse was a bit disappointing overall. The biggest downside? No parking available. Since Cape Town's city center is already tight on space and traffic can be hectic, not having a place to park your car made the trip stressful—especially if you're driving in from outside the area. While the location is convenient with lots of restaurants and attractions nearby, it's definitely a drawback for self-drive travelers. The room itself was basic, clean but nothing special, and the staff weren't particularly warm or helpful. For the price, I didn't feel we got much value in return. Unless you're staying without a car and don’t mind limited amenities, I wouldn’t recommend this place. It’s just not worth it for the experience.
