Located just a short walk from the metro, it’s incredibly convenient for exploring downtown Budapest. The staff went above and beyond—warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful without being overbearing. I especially loved the breakfast omelette: perfectly cooked, rich in flavor, and served with fresh fruit and great coffee. It made my mornings so much better. There was a minor issue with self-check-in, but a quick call resolved it instantly—great support. The apartment was warm, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained throughout our stay. As someone who travels with my wife, I’ll admit I was a bit concerned about safety during late-night arrivals and departures, especially in unfamiliar areas. But the keypad entry system and secure internal doors gave us peace of mind. We felt safe not just in the unit, but also throughout our time in Budapest. If you’re looking to immerse yourself in the energy of the city while returning to a modern, clean, and secure home base, this is the perfect spot. Staying at Central Capital Apartments was a mixed experience. The room lacked air conditioning, which made it quite uncomfortable during warmer evenings—especially since the building doesn’t have much ventilation. Check-in was frustrating; getting the key took longer than expected, and staff seemed unresponsive or unfriendly. Also, the property doesn’t have a standalone entrance—access is through a shared hallway, so if you’re expecting a clear, hotel-like front door, be prepared for something more like a residential apartment building. It’s located close to downtown Budapest, so public transport access is decent, but overall, the value-for-money just doesn’t stack up. Unless you're on a tight budget and have no other options, I wouldn’t recommend this place again.
