From the moment I stepped in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and comfortable. The pineapple-themed design elements and modern interior decor added a fun, vibrant touch that made the space feel joyful and unique. I also appreciated the nearby large parking lot, which offered significantly lower rates than the hotel’s own garage—great for travelers driving their own cars. We arrived earlier than check-in time, but the front desk team happily accommodated us with early check-in—no hassle at all. The checkout process was just as smooth and efficient. Our room was spotless, well-maintained, and comfortably furnished. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of downtown, steps away from Pioneer Square, shopping, dining, and major attractions. Walking to the waterfront or public transit was a breeze. This hotel offers excellent value for the quality and convenience. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to any traveler visiting Seattle.

College Inn Hotel
I chose to stay near the University of Washington because I’d heard the downtown area isn’t the safest, and honestly, this was one of my best decisions. The College Inn Hotel feels just like a college dorm from an American TV show—clean, cozy, and full of charm. The European-style decor adds a nice touch, and it’s super convenient for exploring campus and nearby spots. The only thing to note is that our luggage was quite bulky, and without an elevator, carrying it up the stairs was a bit of a challenge—definitely need some stamina! But overall, the experience was fantastic. Great value, excellent location, and a really welcoming vibe. I’d definitely book here again.

The hotel’s location is fantastic—right near Amazon’s headquarters, surrounded by plenty of dining options. Whether you're here for business or leisure, everything you need is within walking distance. It's a great balance of comfort, convenience, and value. I’ll definitely be back.
Homewood Suites by Hilton Seattle Convention Center Pike Street
I stayed here for a five-night work trip, and overall it was a decent experience. The rooms are fairly spacious with full kitchens and even a balcony—though there’s some variation in size between units. My room was on the 9th floor, which meant taking the main elevator to the 8th, walking down the middle of the floor, then transferring to another elevator to go up one more level—slightly inconvenient but manageable. I had a portable fan in the room, which made me wonder if the AC was acting up at times (my coworkers didn’t have one), but it actually helped mask nighttime noise. On check-in day, the front desk agent wrote the wrong room number on my key card. I went straight to the room, tried to use the key, but it wouldn’t open. I called the front desk from the hallway courtesy phone and found out the error—luckily just a small mix-up that could’ve been awkward. Housekeeping tends to leave freshly changed linens piled up in hallways, so if you arrive early, you’ll need to step carefully around the bedding mess. The hotel is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and the waterfront Public Market—great for exploring after work. I felt safe walking around during the day, though I can see how some might feel differently at night. Every Wednesday, the hotel hosts a mini happy hour in the buffet area—nice touch. It’s also directly across from the convention center, making it ideal for business travelers. On my last night (Friday), the hotel got busier, and a party started next door. Even after security asked them to quiet down, I could still hear drawers slamming, shelves rattling, and doors banging all night. But since I was leaving early the next morning, I just dealt with it. Overall, the price was fair, and its central location made everything easy to access. If I’m back in Seattle for work, I’d definitely consider staying here again.

The café right next to the hotel serves tasty, affordable meals—perfect for a quick bite without leaving the building. One thing worth noting is that soundproofing could be improved; I could clearly hear footsteps and conversations from the hallway outside my door. That said, it’s a minor issue compared to the overall excellent experience. Great location, top-notch service, and a really comfortable stay. Definitely recommend for anyone visiting downtown Seattle.
