The on-site restaurant and bar are cozy and well-maintained, offering a pleasant atmosphere for dinner or drinks. Breakfast had great variety, and everything was fresh. I had pre-booked parking, but upon arrival, I was unable to use it and ended up paying extra for a spot. I submitted a complaint regarding this issue, but after four working days, I’ve received no response—not even an acknowledgment of receipt. Communication from the team is seriously lacking. Despite the expense being my employer’s rather than mine, I still feel frustrated and disappointed. Honestly, I can’t recommend this property to others.

It was deeply disappointing. Thankfully, the police responded quickly when things escalated, which helped prevent further problems. Overall, the service, safety, and communication were severely lacking. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. The value for money is terrible, and the entire stay left me feeling drained and betrayed.

It took some effort to figure out where things were. Honestly, this was my first and last time staying here. Great location and style, but poor service ruined the experience.
