We couldn’t be happier with our stay! The accessible room was thoughtfully designed—every detail, including a door viewer at wheelchair height, made us feel truly welcome. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, hitting all the right notes for a great start to the day. Staff were incredibly helpful and warm throughout our visit, always ready to assist. We also appreciated having a parking spot in the garage—no stress when arriving or leaving. But what really stood out was how pet-friendly the hotel is. Our dog was treated like family: bowls, food, a cozy blanket, and even a little toy as a gift. Best of all, he was allowed to join us in the restaurant—something we didn’t expect but absolutely loved. While there’s no air conditioning, the room came with a fan, and the open courtyard (with a roof option if needed) kept things fresh and pleasant. Plus, being so close to the city center made exploring easy and convenient. It’s rare to find such a welcoming, well-organized hotel that caters so thoughtfully to both travelers and their furry companions. Highly recommended for anyone traveling with pets!

Numa Berlin Belfort
Our stay at Numa Berlin Belfort was a mixed experience. While the accommodation itself was decent and the location convenient, the digital check-in process was a major disappointment. Despite friendly support from the hotline and online chat, it took nearly 24 hours to receive our access PIN—no on-site staff were available to assist. To make matters worse, we discovered upon arrival that our unit was double-booked. How this could happen, especially since everything was supposed to be handled digitally and we’d already checked in the day before, remains a mystery. Our first full day of vacation was completely ruined—we spent hours on calls and messages just trying to resolve access to a room that was already occupied. And all this with two kids in tow. It’s frustrating to rely solely on codes and remote support when real, human help is needed. We won’t be returning. There absolutely must be an on-site representative available for urgent situations.

Meininger Hotel Berlin Alexanderplatz
We stayed at the Meininger Hotel Berlin Alexanderplatz for a full week, and it was an excellent experience overall. Upon arrival, the staff who speak Italian were incredibly friendly and gave us great recommendations for local restaurants—there are so many options nearby, we barely had to go far for good food. The room offered a fantastic view of the Alexanderplatz Tower, making every morning a little more enjoyable. The only downside was the construction work right across from the hotel, but it didn’t affect our stay much. Rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Breakfast was generous and varied—perfect for starting the day. With its central location, easy access to public transport, and great value, this hotel is a top choice. We’ll definitely be back.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and I’m pleased to say it lived up to the high standard I experienced before. Even though the weather wasn’t hot this year, the cleanliness and overall environment remained excellent—rooms were spotless, and everything felt well-maintained. I especially appreciated the little touches in the lobby: fresh lemon water and a small selection of cookies, which added a nice personal touch. The location is fantastic—right next to plenty of supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants, making daily errands and dining out super convenient. Plus, getting into central Berlin by public transport is just a short walk away. With great value, excellent service, and a prime spot, this hotel is definitely worth staying at again.
