Absolutely recommend this hotel! We stayed in an upgraded ocean-view room, and it was worth every penny. The space was spacious and the view from the window was breathtaking—just waking up to the sea was a treat. Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options and delicious flavors, especially the local specialties. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help. Located just steps from the metro, getting around the city was super convenient. For the quality, service, and value, this is one of the best stays I’ve had in Jeddah. Staying at Narcissus Boutique Hotel Al Hamra in Jeddah was a genuinely pleasant experience. Located just about 3 km from the city center, it’s very convenient to get around—especially if you’re using public transit. The hotel is immaculately clean, which aligns with the high standards seen throughout Saudi Arabia. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, featuring smart home technology and various advanced systems that really elevate the comfort level. The spa area is on the smaller side—just one hot whirlpool, a cold hydrotherapy jet, and a traditional Turkish bath—but it’s perfectly adequate for a quick relaxation session. Breakfast was generous in quantity but didn’t quite hit the mark for our European tastes. That said, the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making the stay much smoother. The price point is on the higher end, but considering it’s a boutique-style property with such a great location, it’s not unreasonable. If budget allows, this could be a solid choice. However, if you're looking for better value, there might be slightly more competitive options available.

Public transport and taxis are easily accessible, so getting around is a breeze. The breakfast spread was fantastic—plenty of variety, fresh, and well-prepared. One of the highlights? Seeing flight attendants from different airlines enjoying their morning meals together—it added such a fun, vibrant atmosphere. From location to service, every detail felt thoughtfully done. My credit card didn’t work unexpectedly, but a nearby resident kindly helped settle the bill—so thoughtful and generous! I felt really touched by their warmth and hospitality. Despite the small hiccup, the overall experience was outstanding. The hotel is well-located, clean, and staff are attentive. Definitely worth staying again.

The room I was initially assigned was a smoking room, and the smell was quite strong. I went to the front desk right away, and they were incredibly helpful—switching rooms without any hassle. The new room was spacious and had a very comfortable sofa where I could just relax and unwind. The breakfast spread was excellent—plenty of options, with fresh fruit salad that stood out for its taste and quality. Overall, the service was prompt, the room was great, and the amenities made my stay enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and convenience.
