ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Grand Court Nagoya by IHG
After landing, all the travel fatigue melted away the moment I stepped into the room. The space was unexpectedly spacious—my suitcase could be fully unpacked without any hassle, offering a rare sense of comfort on the road. Breakfast was absolutely outstanding, featuring everything from authentic miso pork cutlets to delicate pastries. I tried a little bit of everything, and both my taste buds and soul were thoroughly satisfied. Staying at ANA Crowne Plaza Nagoya wasn’t just about a good night’s sleep—it was about finding calm, ease, and genuine relaxation in the heart of the city. Definitely coming back.
Gold Stay Nagoya OSU
Stayed here from October 28th to 30th, 2025, and had a fantastic experience. The front desk staff spoke fluent Chinese, which made communication super easy—especially helpful for international travelers. They also offered luggage storage, and even promised to bring our bags up once check-in time arrived. That meant we could just walk in directly upon returning in the evening—such a thoughtful touch! We booked the ocean-themed room, which was perfect since we were heading to the aquarium the next day—the vibe matched our trip perfectly. The room itself was well-equipped: induction cooker, fridge, oven, microwave, capsule coffee machine, and even a bathtub. Super convenient for self-catering. Location-wise, it's walking distance to the popular Osu Shopping Street, with FamilyMart and 7-Eleven nearby—great for snacks and essentials. Overall, great value, excellent service, and a very comfortable stay. Definitely my go-to choice for future visits to Nagoya!

While the location isn’t ideal for commuting to my current workplace (requiring transfers), it’s an excellent choice for travelers. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night’s sleep. The bathtub is huge and perfect for soaking after a long day. There’s also complimentary drinks in the lobby, which adds a nice touch. Everything feels fresh and well-maintained throughout the hotel. The only small improvement would be upgrading the hairdryer — it could be a bit stronger. Overall, this place offers great value and a high level of comfort. Staying at LiVEMAX Nagoya Kanayama was a fantastic experience. The hotel is just a 5 to 10-minute walk from Kanayama Station, making it super convenient for getting around the city by train. There's a Lawson convenience store right nearby—perfect for grabbing snacks or essentials late at night. If you're driving, the on-site parking is a real bonus: only 1,000 yen during daytime and just 500 yen at night, which is much more affordable compared to other areas in Nagoya. Compared to other hotels near Nagoya Station or Sakae, this one offers significantly better value for money without compromising on comfort or location. It’s definitely one of the best budget-friendly options in the city—highly recommend for travelers looking for a smart, practical stay.
