My stay at the Sky Apartments in Moscow-City (57th floor, The Empire Tower) was extremely disappointing. The worst part was the deposit issue—during booking, we were told it would be 10,000 rubles, but upon arrival, they demanded 20,000 rubles with no prior warning. Since our group size was known from the start, they should have clearly stated the higher fee upfront. To this day, the deposit has not been refunded—money still hasn’t returned, which is unacceptable. Another shocking charge was 1,500 rubles just to move a bar from the fridge. I wanted to place it myself in a cabinet—no extra work involved—but they charged me anyway. That’s absurd and shows how much they’re profiting off guests’ small requests. The staff showed zero respect from the beginning. We were scheduled to meet at 2:30 PM, but had to wait over an hour with luggage—reception finally appeared at 3:00 PM. At that point, we were already rushing for a major event, so every minute counted. Their lack of punctuality was infuriating. The access system was also confusing—security staff kept mixing up guest lists, forcing us to waste time clarifying details. The apartment’s technical condition was poor: one floor-standing air conditioner was broken, its leg snapped, making temperature control impossible on the 57th floor. Despite repeated complaints, staff only gave empty promises and ignored the issue for hours. The karaoke system constantly malfunctioned—the microphone would cut out repeatedly, completely ruining the party atmosphere. The room itself needed serious attention: one refrigerator didn’t work, the interior looked outdated, and bedding took forever to arrive despite prior request. Yes, the view from the 57th floor is stunning—but that single positive can’t outweigh all these major flaws. Rude staff, disorganization, technical failures, and total disregard for guest experience make this a terrible choice. I absolutely do not recommend this property for events or extended stays, especially given its prestigious location in central Moscow. It’s hard to believe such poor service exists in one of the city’s most upscale areas.

It’s conveniently located just a short walk from the metro, making it easy to explore central Moscow without hassle. The neighborhood is lively with plenty of dining options nearby, adding to the overall charm. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making check-in and check-out smooth. Cleanliness, comfort, and location all hit the mark. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Moscow—it's a true gem.

The large sofa in the room was super spacious and perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was simple but satisfying, giving me all the energy I needed for a full day exploring. What truly stood out was the staff’s incredible attention to detail. When my mom had a sudden spike in blood sugar, I managed to explain the situation in basic Russian, and they immediately arranged for medical personnel to come up to the hotel to check on her. They made sure she was safe before anything else—such thoughtful and responsible care. This level of service goes beyond expectations. I’m already planning my next visit. Highly recommend this gem for anyone visiting Moscow.

Staying at Nabat Palace Arbat Hotel in Moscow was an absolute delight. Located right on Arbat Street, the hotel offers a perfect balance between central location and quiet comfort—despite being on a busy street, our room faced a side alley, so there was no noise from traffic or crowds. The hotel itself is modest in size but beautifully designed with classic architecture and subtle Art Deco touches that give it real character. Every room came fully equipped with bathrobes, towels, a kettle, 0.5L bottled water per guest, tea, coffee, cream, complimentary toiletries (shampoo, body wash, soap), and even a toothbrush set—everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. Public transport is just a 7-10 minute walk away, making it easy to explore the city. Right outside the door, you’ll find a liquor store, a Pятерочка supermarket, a pharmacy, and countless cafes and restaurants along Arbat Street—perfect for grabbing a bite or enjoying a local vibe. Whether you're here for sightseeing or just want a stylish, convenient base in Moscow, this hotel delivers. Highly recommended!

Walking into the building, I was completely stunned—its architecture is absolutely breathtaking. As soon as we stepped inside and saw our apartment, I fell in love instantly—butterflies were flying in my stomach! The view from the window is simply unmatched; it’s worth coming back just for that scenery alone. I’ve been meaning to share this experience for a while, but back then my phone was outdated and I only managed to take one photo. Now with better gear and social media tools, I’d definitely be posting more! Traveling from Yakutsk to Moscow took a long flight—over 7 or 8 hours—but choosing this hotel made the whole trip worthwhile. We couldn’t have picked better. Truly one of the best stays I’ve ever had, and I’ll definitely be returning.

It’s only a 15-minute walk to the Kremlin and just 7 minutes to the metro—perfect for us since we wanted to explore as much as possible. I came here with my son, who absolutely loves Moscow and was happy to walk the city from morning till night. That kind of convenient location made our trip so much easier, especially considering how affordable it was—prices like this are hard to find even in St. Petersburg. The room was spotless and cozy, cleaned daily. Everything you’d need was included: towels, bathrobes, toiletries, hairdryer—all neatly laid out. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable; I had smooth video calls with my husband and daughter at night, no buffering or audio issues. The entrance is by call-only, which adds a nice touch of privacy and security. We dedicated one full day to exploring the city center, and because the hotel is so close, we didn’t feel exhausted when we returned. We still had energy left to take a nighttime stroll and enjoy the magic of Moscow after dark. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly—the housekeeping team especially polite and professional. Over five days, not a single complaint arose, and every request was handled immediately. This stay was truly memorable and exceeded all expectations.
