Staying at Saigon Domaine Luxury Residences was an absolute delight. The view from my room was breathtaking—overlooking the city skyline and lush greenery, it felt like waking up in a postcard. The room itself was spacious, beautifully furnished, and incredibly comfortable, with top-quality bedding that made for a restful night's sleep. The location is excellent, just a short walk or quick metro ride away from downtown attractions. Staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help without being intrusive. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and convenience. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City—definitely a standout experience.

The Hoa Phat Hotel & Apartment is an excellent choice! The place is spotless, clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly—especially the front desk attendant who speaks a bit of basic Chinese, which made communication super easy. The location is perfect: right on the street, easy to find, and just a short drive from Tan Son Nhat Airport. I accidentally broke a glass during check-out, but they didn’t charge me a single penny—such a thoughtful gesture that really stood out. However, I do need to warn fellow travelers about a concerning experience at the airport. After arriving midday, I was approached by someone in uniform with a walkie-talkie offering a ride to my hotel. They quoted 650,000 VND (under $20 USD), which seemed fair. But as soon as we started driving, the driver suddenly stopped and demanded money. There were several young men nearby, intimidating foreigners like me who don’t speak Vietnamese. Without warning, they took around $85 USD directly from my wallet before fleeing. Another guy then took over and brought me to the hotel. It was clearly a scam—no taxi sign, just a private car. This kind of predatory behavior is dangerous and common at the airport. My advice? Avoid hailing rides from anyone near the terminal. Always use trusted platforms or official transportation services instead. That said, the hotel itself is fantastic—great value, comfortable rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
Grand Lee Hotel
While the hotel isn't located right in the heart of Saigon, it still deserves a top rating overall. The place is spotless, secure, and very convenient—what really stood out was the exceptional customer service. I’d like to sincerely thank Tho, Lam, Phi, Huyen, and the two young housekeeping ladies during my stay from April 23rd to May 3rd, 2024. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made my trip so much smoother and more enjoyable. It’s clear this team goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Truly grateful for everything! I can already imagine myself coming back one day—this is definitely a place I’ll recommend and revisit.

I'm genuinely surprised by the low rating on Google Maps—this hotel truly exceeds expectations for its price range. Everything I'd expect from a comfortable, well-maintained stay is here: clean rooms, good amenities, and excellent service. The staff are professional, attentive, and always ready to help—whether it was arranging transportation or handling special requests, they responded quickly and efficiently. I chose this hotel because it was near an event venue I had to attend, so location wasn’t ideal for sightseeing, but it’s still easily accessible via public transit to the city center. The only minor drawback is that staff speak only Vietnamese, but with the help of translation tools, communication was never an issue. Overall, this is a great value stay in Ho Chi Minh City—well-located for events, friendly staff, and a solid experience. I’d definitely book again.

Staying at Villa Song Saigon was an absolute delight! The property has a slightly worn look, but the staff’s hospitality and attention to detail more than make up for it. We were given a room with a beautiful river view—perfect for relaxing in the morning with a cup of coffee. No extra charges for our kids, and they even joined the beds together for us—such a thoughtful touch! The team was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It’s clear they care about guest comfort. Despite minor wear and tear, the overall experience was exceptional, and I’d highly recommend this charming villa to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City.
