Cleanliness was good for the most part, and staff were friendly and attentive. What really stood out was the location: the subway station is just a 10-minute walk from the 9/11 Memorial, making access to downtown Manhattan effortless. The Financial District area is surprisingly quiet and not overly crowded, offering a peaceful retreat right in the heart of the city. Best of all? The cleanliness is excellent—daily housekeeping keeps everything fresh and tidy. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only minor drawback was that my room shared a wall with the next one, and sound carried through clearly, so there’s some noise transfer. But considering how great the location, service, and overall value are, this small issue didn’t take away from the experience. I’d definitely book here again when visiting New York.
