The apartment is excellent overall—spacious rooms and well-maintained bathrooms make for a comfortable stay. The only downside is the sofa bed, which claims to accommodate two adults. In reality, it's extremely narrow and barely fits two children. It’s not practical for adults to sleep on, so the description feels misleading. That said, everything else was great—the location is convenient, the staff were friendly, and the amenities are solid. If you're traveling with kids or don’t mind a tight fit, it’s still a good option. I’d definitely consider staying here again.

It was quite chilly during my stay, but the hot shower worked wonders and heated me up quickly. The hotel is simple, but exactly as shown in the photos—no surprises. There’s a staircase to get upstairs, and I didn’t see an elevator, so it might not be ideal for guests with mobility issues. Despite its basic setup, this place offers excellent value for money. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in São Paulo.
