Although the hotel is slightly outside the city center, there’s a complimentary shuttle bus running every 20 minutes, with seating available in the waiting area—very thoughtful. The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, offering a restful stay. I specifically chose this hotel because of its proximity to Kobe Animal Kingdom—just two stops away on the train, and it takes only about 20 minutes to reach Sannomiya Station. What truly makes this place stand out is the on-site natural hot spring — absolutely heavenly. We visited the bath every single day, and it was the perfect way to unwind after exploring the city. Free perks like ice cream, coffee, Yakult, massage chairs, and fresh ramen are such a nice surprise. There’s also a microwave next to the coffee machine, so you can heat up snacks from nearby convenience stores — super convenient! The location is fantastic too — just a short walk from both the Motomachi and Kobe Station (JR), and only one stop from Sannomiya. It’s incredibly easy to get around. Just seeing the hotel’s photos brings back all the happy memories of my last trip to Kobe. This is a place I’d happily return to again and again.
