Staying at the Marina Yacht by Stellar Sochi Hotel was an absolute delight. The location right on the marina is unbeatable—waking up to views of the sea and yachts is simply breathtaking. The rooms are modern, clean, and well-designed with excellent soundproofing, so peace and quiet were guaranteed throughout our stay. Everything about this place feels premium yet welcoming. It's super convenient for getting around town via public transit, and there are plenty of great dining options nearby. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. If you're looking for a stylish, relaxing getaway with top-notch service and scenery, this hotel is a must-visit.
Teremok Guest House
I decided to visit Sochi for the New Year holidays in December, but didn’t want to spend a fortune. That’s when I found Teremok Guest House—perfect for my budget with a clean and cozy single room. The plumbing could use some upgrading; there were a few leaks, but overall the room stayed warm and comfortable. Best part? It’s just a 4-minute walk to the beach—ideal for morning strolls or sunset views. There’s also a kitchen on the ground floor, which was great for preparing simple meals. I’ll definitely keep this place in mind for future trips to Sochi. A solid choice if you’re looking for value, comfort, and convenience.

We flew into Sochi for a short family visit and chose this hotel mainly for its convenient location—after all, it’s my hometown, so I knew I’d want to head up to the mountain. It’s just an 8-minute walk from Kurortny Prospekt, with a nice staircase climb, but along the way, you pass a few shops, cafes, and a really great little canteen. Our room (Room 25) was small without a balcony, but it was right above reception—super handy for check-in and out. The place is modern, everything works perfectly, and the layout is thoughtfully designed for comfort and ease. Special thanks to the breakfast staff—they were friendly and the spread was delicious and varied. Overall, I highly recommend this stay if you’re up for a bit of walking. Great value, authentic local vibe, and perfect for exploring the area on foot.

This guesthouse truly exceeded my expectations! Located just a short walk from the metro, it’s incredibly convenient and nestled in a peaceful, green setting. The property is spacious with lush gardens, a swimming pool, a sandbox for kids, a barbecue area, and several cozy lounging spots—perfect for families or groups. I especially loved the large shared kitchen, which made meal prep super easy. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, down to the smallest detail. We booked a room on the second floor with a private terrace, and wow—it was absolutely stunning. The room was brand new, evident from the still-attached tags on some furniture. It felt modern, airy, and incredibly comfortable. The en-suite bathroom even had a Jacuzzi tub—pure luxury. The terrace was huge, filled with blooming flowers that filled the air with a sweet, refreshing scent. Waking up to that view every morning was magical. If you're looking for a relaxing, well-equipped stay in Sochi, this place is a must-book. Highly recommend!

Staying at Sochi VIP House was an absolute delight! The host was incredibly welcoming—helped carry our luggage to the room and even allowed us to check in early despite the room not being ready yet. We were able to rest after a long journey, which was such a relief. The room itself was cozy, spotlessly clean, and full of warmth. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—right next to the theater and museum, perfect for exploring on foot. Just a short walk away is a fantastic restaurant called «Baran Rapant»—the food was delicious, the service friendly, and the atmosphere really inviting. Everything about this place felt authentic and well cared for. If you're visiting Sochi, this is definitely a top choice. Highly recommend!

Staying at Metropol Apartments for the second time was an absolute delight! The location is perfect—just a short 10-minute walk to the beach and close to everything downtown Sochi has to offer. Our apartment on the 16th floor had breathtaking views of the Black Sea and the Denar Garden, making every morning and evening truly special. The 17th-floor amenities are impressive: a sparkling pool, a stylish photo zone, and cozy relaxation areas—all with stunning panoramic views. The modern interior is well-designed and fully equipped, offering comfort and convenience throughout. The staff went above and beyond with their warm hospitality, making us feel right at home. It’s clear they care about guest experience. I’d highly recommend this place—definitely planning to return soon!
Millennials Aparts
Stayed in the top-floor room with a balcony and amazing city views—definitely worth it! The apartment was spotless and well-equipped: great shower, cooking stove, fridge, kettle, microwave, washing machine, and a full set of kitchenware and dining essentials. It felt like home. The property itself is small, but just a 5-minute walk away is the pool at Neolit Senator hotel—be sure to check with reception about access. Also, it's only about 10 minutes on foot to Albatsos Beach (up and down), making beach trips super convenient. Everything was perfect—the location, the comfort, the vibe. Thanks for such a relaxing getaway!
Sonata Hotel
We stayed at Sonata Hotel in August 2024, and while the cleanliness was excellent—with daily housekeeping—it was disappointing to experience such poor service upon arrival. The hotel is very close to the beach and just a short walk from the electric train station, making it convenient for exploring Sochi. However, when we arrived early and had already coordinated with the front desk, the security guard refused to let us in and even tried to escort us out with our child. It felt extremely unwelcoming, especially after paying extra for early check-in. The manager who eventually arrived didn’t offer any apology, which left us feeling upset and frustrated. Our mood remained low throughout the stay, despite the clean rooms and pleasant seaside walks that helped lift spirits. To our dismay, the same unfriendly staff member was there again during check-out, repeating the same cold attitude. While the location and cleanliness were positives, the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy made the experience unpleasant. We won’t be returning—no matter how free the offer. For the price, guests deserve better than being treated like intruders.

The property is spacious, perfect for families—we rented a baby playpen and bikes through the platform, plus scooters for the kids. We came to Sochi for our spring break and spent a while searching for a room that could comfortably accommodate two kids at a reasonable price. The family room was perfect! It’s ideal for children under 10—slightly tight if they’re older, but still very functional. What stood out was the private fenced area with security cameras—great peace of mind while the kids played safely outdoors. I loved relaxing with a coffee on the covered green terrace, just enjoying the quiet atmosphere. The location is super close to the beach, which is a big plus—even though we couldn’t swim in April, we already know exactly where we’ll stay next time. The whole experience was excellent, and I highly recommend Sunrise Guest House for families looking for comfort, safety, and great value.
