My husband even joked a few times, 'Why are they so eager? They’re almost too polite!' 😄 Everything was perfect for us. The massage was heavenly, and our daughter’s swimming instructor, Pavel, did an amazing job—he was patient, encouraging, and made every session fun. We left feeling completely refreshed and satisfied. Honestly, if the spa had a jacuzzi or a Turkish bath, this place would be unbeatable. A truly memorable experience. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this hotel in May 2022 with my family of three, and the experience was truly excellent. The room was spacious—easily comfortable for four people—and the soundproofing was impressive; we didn’t hear any noise from neighboring rooms at all, which made for a peaceful night’s sleep. The bathroom was well-equipped with everything we needed: towels, bathrobes, shampoo, soap, shower gel, and even slippers—all provided. Daily housekeeping kept the space clean and fresh throughout our stay. We chose a room facing the courtyard, so we woke up every morning to the cheerful sounds of birds singing—a lovely, natural wake-up call. I can’t speak for rooms facing the street, as we didn’t stay in one, but overall, the location was perfect for us. Since it was early May, the sea wasn’t warm enough for swimming, so being a bit further from the beach wasn’t an issue. We relied on taxis for transportation, and they arrived almost instantly—very convenient. Right next door, there’s a residential complex with a sauna, hammam, and indoor pool, all within walking distance. It’s a great bonus for relaxation after a long day. The food served was solid—not fancy, but satisfying and well-prepared. Overall, the value for money was outstanding, and I’d definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for comfort, quiet, and convenience.

Being right on the first line means easy access to facilities, including a restroom right by the pool. Daily activities were a highlight: morning workouts, mini-bowling, darts, and evening disco or karaoke nights kept things lively and fun. The rooms have been recently renovated and are cleaned every day—feels fresh and modern. On the ground floor, you can grab tasty oxygen-infused tea cocktails for an extra fee—super unique and refreshing! The thermal pool is absolutely amazing; warm, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. There are umbrellas and plenty of fun inflatables for kids too. Plus, water dispensers are available in the dining area and lobby—a small thing, but something I appreciated, especially since I’ve stayed in other Abkhazia hotels where this wasn’t standard. And don’t miss the on-site restaurant—great for a cozy evening drink, coffee, or even a quiet smoke with a shisha. Overall, this place may not scream luxury, but it delivers comfort, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality in spades.

If you plan to heat up food in your room, I’d definitely recommend booking an apartment—those come with a microwave, unlike the standard rooms. Getting to the hotel from the train station with luggage isn’t ideal walking uphill, but it’s manageable. A short taxi ride is worth it if you’re carrying heavy bags. The location is excellent whether you're exploring Sochi or just passing through. Overall, this place offers comfort, convenience, and great value—highly recommended for anyone visiting the city.

Despite the late hour, check-in was seamless, and we were promptly settled into our room on the third floor. While the room wasn’t newly renovated, everything was clean, functional, and well-maintained. The breakfast was outstanding—rich, generous, and even included alcoholic options, which added a nice touch. From start to finish, every detail exceeded expectations. This place truly delivers exceptional value and comfort. I’d absolutely book again without hesitation.

We stayed at this charming little hotel in central Sochi during late July 2023, and it exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect—just a 15-minute walk to the beach and within easy reach of major tourist spots, the sea port, and the Dendrarium. Nestled inside a residential building with only five rooms, the hotel feels intimate and cozy. While there's no private parking, there’s a huge free parking lot right next door with plenty of spaces—no hassle at all when arriving with a car. Our standard double room was beautifully renovated: sleek lighting with multiple settings, convenient switches, air conditioning, a fridge, and a large smart TV with Android TV (YouTube and more). The bathroom featured a modern hygienic shower and a well-designed shower stall with excellent plumbing. One small suggestion: adding a microwave would be a great upgrade, as the snack area has a commercial coffee machine but no microwave for heating food. Overall, the value for money is outstanding, staff are friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is clean and welcoming. We’d definitely stay here again.

The owner is incredibly friendly and attentive, making the whole experience feel personal and welcoming. This place offers incredible value for money—no regrets, no downsides. If you're visiting Sochi, this hotel should be at the top of your list.

Staying right on the beach makes this place a real gem—walking out your door and seeing the sea is such a treat. The location is unbeatable, and it’s super convenient for getting around Sochi by public transit. The property has been recently renovated, and everything feels clean and fresh. They provide towels, and the kitchen is fully equipped with essentials—including a coffee machine where you can grab a free cup anytime. I especially loved having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the ocean; it was such a peaceful way to start the day. For the price, this is one of the best value options in the area. That said, the room for two people is quite cramped—basically just a bed taking up most of the space. There’s no shelf or storage for small items like toiletries or phones, and there are no hooks for hanging clothes. Still, it works if you’re only staying one night. A few downsides: soundproofing isn’t great, so if you open the window, traffic noise from the road comes through loud and clear. Also, the shower head has no holder—so you have to hold it in one hand while washing, which is awkward. Check-in took longer than expected because staff were busy checking in another guest, going through paperwork, taking deposits, and even escorting them to their apartment before we could proceed. After a long journey, that delay felt exhausting. And the worst part? Check-out was even worse. I handed back my key and just wanted to grab a quick complimentary coffee before heading out—only to be told firmly, "You’ve already checked out! You can’t use the facilities now." Even the restroom was off-limits. While technically correct, this kind of rigid attitude completely ruined the experience. I’ve never encountered such a strict policy at any hotel or hostel before. It’s disappointing when a great location and good service are overshadowed by poor guest experience at the end.
