Stayed at Mayfair House Hotel & Garden and was thoroughly impressed! The room was spacious, well-appointed, and had a really comfortable vibe. The only minor note is that the lighting could be a bit brighter, but it didn’t detract from the overall experience. What stood out most? No rush to check out—something rare in the U.S., and so refreshing. Plus, they gave us two drink vouchers per night, so with a two-night stay, we got four drinks to redeem at their rooftop bar. We sipped on cocktails under the stars with an amazing view—perfect for unwinding after a long day. The location is great, close to everything, and easy to get around by public transit. A real gem in Miami with excellent value and a laid-back charm. Definitely coming back.

The property is a hybrid setup—residents share amenities like the front desk, pool, hot tub, lounge, breakfast area, fitness center, parking, and elevators with the adjacent Arya Hotel—but it’s important to note that housekeeping and any other guest services aren’t provided by the hotel itself. Instead, you contact the property management directly, which works smoothly and efficiently. I stayed in a spacious 35 sqm studio on a high floor, offering breathtaking views of the yacht club and Peacock Park. The room was fully equipped for both short and long stays: two queen-sized beds (very comfortable), a large bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo, a well-appointed kitchenette with a stove, fridge, cookware, and utensils, plus indoor and terrace dining tables. The multimedia TV was top-notch, and the quiet neighborhood made for peaceful, restful sleep. Located just steps from the vibrant heart of Coconut Grove and only a 5-minute walk to the local marina, everything was within easy reach—great restaurants, bars, shops, and nightlife. Despite being part of a larger complex, the unit felt private and well-designed. Considering the location, view, facilities, and price, this was one of the most value-for-money stays I’ve had in Miami. Highly recommended for couples or small families looking for comfort, convenience, and a real local vibe.
