The gym is compact but well-equipped with premium fitness machines—perfect for staying on track while traveling. One minor downside: the spa closes at 8 PM, which feels a bit early if you're hoping to unwind after a long day. Still, overall, the experience was outstanding. From the impeccable service to the attention to detail, this hotel offers exceptional value. I’d definitely return—this is one of the best stays I’ve had in Germany.

Parking right outside the door was free and hassle-free, which was a big plus for us since we arrived by car. Check-in went smoothly with no delays. The only downside was the noise from heavy traffic on the nearby road—sleeping with the window open wasn't ideal, but that’s easily managed by closing the windows. All in all, we were very satisfied with our stay. Great location, excellent value, and a welcoming atmosphere make this a top choice for travelers looking for comfort and convenience in Hamburg.

Two other guests were particularly disruptive and made life miserable. I even had written documentation of the issues, but management ignored my concerns and failed to follow through on promises. It was deeply disappointing. Thankfully, the police responded quickly when things escalated, which helped prevent further problems. Overall, the service, safety, and communication were severely lacking. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. The value for money is terrible, and the entire stay left me feeling drained and betrayed.

In one Aperol spritz, water was added on top of the ice cubes, which made no sense. Breakfast was disorganized too—everything was there, but scattered all over the place, not where you’d expect. It took some effort to figure out where things were. Honestly, this was my first and last time staying here. Great location and style, but poor service ruined the experience.
