The hotel's location is perfect—right on the waterfront, just steps from the sea. The room was spacious, especially with the separate bathroom and shower area, and the bathtub was surprisingly large and very comfortable. We were on the 5th floor, one of the highest levels, which gave us an excellent city view. Watching the sunset paint the sky in beautiful hues from our window was unforgettable. Breakfast was fantastic too—especially when we ordered a cappuccino at the table, it came with a complimentary add-on. Parking was available nearby for €36 per day, which made it easy to rent a car and explore the surrounding areas. Everything about this stay felt seamless and well thought out—great value, great service, and a memorable experience overall.

The location is unbeatable—perfect for exploring everything Nice has to offer. The hotel offers all the amenities needed for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. One highlight was the parking arrangement: we paid a small daily fee for a covered, secure underground spot, which made life so much easier—no more stressing about finding a place to park in the narrow streets of Nice. Plus, there’s a shared kitchen available for guests to cook meals, with a cozy dining area right next to reception. There’s also a free coffee machine offering espresso, cappuccino, hot chocolate, and milk—available anytime without extra charges. It’s such a thoughtful touch! Everything about our stay was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel for travelers who value convenience, comfort, and a home-like atmosphere.

The hotel itself is modern and well-maintained, with clean, stylish rooms. While the room size is modest and slightly smaller than shown in the photos, it’s still comfortable and functional. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. The only downside is finding the entrance—it’s tricky if you’re driving. The main gate is on the roadside, but it’s set at an angle, and the narrow street has two large trash bins blocking the view, making it easy to miss. A small sign or slight repositioning of the bins would help a lot. Despite that, the hotel offers great value for money and is definitely worth considering if you're visiting Nice.

One thing to note: if your flight departs from Terminal 2, you’ll need to take a 10-minute shuttle bus from Terminal 1, so plan accordingly. Overall, the experience was excellent, and with such great value and convenience, I’d definitely stay here again.
