Breakfast was outstanding—huge variety, generous portions, and if you asked for something off-menu (within reason), they’d happily cook it fresh. Dinner was also impressive, with elegant plating and a Michelin-inspired touch, though the portion sizes were on the larger side—left us full but not quite satisfied in terms of hunger. Still, the quality and experience were top-notch. Whether you're traveling for work or family fun, this hotel delivers an unforgettable stay.

I'm a big fan of Virgin Hotels and have stayed at both the Glasgow and Edinburgh locations. While Glasgow's property feels more modern in terms of structure, the room design still stands out as uniquely clever—some of the smartest layouts I've seen in any hotel right now. The entire stay was enjoyable from start to finish, with great attention to detail and a welcoming atmosphere. I truly hope Virgin continues expanding across Europe—London would be an obvious next step, and even warmer destinations like Barcelona could be a fantastic fit. I didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant in Glasgow this time, but I did enjoy the Commons Club in Edinburgh—it’s definitely worth a visit if you’re there.

It’s actually tucked away and not easy to find without guidance! The parking entrance is at the back of the main building, with plenty of space—no stress finding a spot. Best of all, the hotel’s location is unbeatable: everything—from top attractions and restaurants to shopping centers—is just a short walk away. No need for taxis or public transit. Perfect for travelers who want convenience and comfort in one place. Highly recommend!

Located right next to Central Station, it’s incredibly convenient for getting around Glasgow, yet the rooms are so quiet when the windows are closed that you’d never know you’re in the middle of a busy transit hub. It’s peaceful, stylish, and offers incredible value—definitely one of the best stays I’ve had in the city. Would book again without hesitation.
