The staff went above and beyond—especially Gunjan at the front desk, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and beautifully appointed, offering a perfect balance of comfort and elegance. Dining at Darbar was a highlight—the food was delicious, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The ambiance added to the overall experience. Location-wise, it's convenient for exploring Jaipur, with easy access to public transit. This hotel offers excellent value and service quality. I’ve already recommended it to friends and will definitely be returning. Truly one of the best stays in the city.

The hotel is just a 2-minute walk from the metro station, yet located within a secure gated community, which made for peaceful and restful sleep. Gate 1 is open 24/7, while gates 2 to 6 close at 9:30 PM—great for safety without compromising convenience. The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, and well-appointed with a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. The metro runs directly to Hawa Mahal, making sightseeing super easy. There’s also a bus station about 1 km away, offering access to other parts of Jaipur. With its great location, comfort, and warm hospitality, this boutique stay offers fantastic value. I’d definitely return.
