Still, that minor downside doesn’t take away from the overall quality. The hotel feels safe, clean, and well-maintained—perfect for a family vacation. The location is unbeatable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. If you're visiting Universal Studios, this is definitely one of the best places to stay, and despite the microwave charge, we’d stay here again without hesitation.

The suite itself is spacious and full of vintage charm. The living room sofa is so comfortable I never wanted to leave it, and the bed in the bedroom was pure bliss—great sleep quality. The only minor downside is that the suite faces the street, so there’s some traffic noise, but the view of the bustling Walk of Fame from the window makes up for it completely. You’re literally steps away from iconic landmarks, and the atmosphere is electric. This place truly captures the spirit of old Hollywood. A must-stay if you're visiting LA.

If you value practicality, good access, and a comfortable base in Hollywood, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

Just note that housekeeping needs to be requested in advance. The Indian cleaning staff member is incredibly kind and thorough—the room was spacious, spotless, and well-maintained. There’s a 7-Eleven right downstairs, perfect for grabbing snacks, drinks, or groceries. I brought a small pot to make tea and coffee, which made self-catering easy and fun. One thing to mention: there’s a small group of homeless individuals who often stay near the entrance. I try to leave some food each night, and if you’re staying here, please be respectful and understanding—they’re part of the neighborhood too. A little kindness goes a long way.
