The most unforgettable moment came completely unexpectedly — I’d even forgotten my own birthday — when two staff members quietly approached me with a small birthday cake and warm wishes. It brought tears to my eyes. I was overwhelmed with emotion, touched beyond words. Thank you all so much — your thoughtfulness made my stay truly special. However, there was a minor moment at checkout that felt a bit awkward: I was simply carrying a glass water bottle from my room, and the front desk agent refused to let me take it, without offering any alternative like a reusable plastic bottle. It’s a small thing, but the way it was handled could have been more tactful. A simple solution—like pretending not to notice or providing a replacement—would have made the experience smoother. Still, this one instance didn’t overshadow the excellent service, comfortable rooms, and convenient location near major attractions and transport links. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again.
