Poor soundproofing—every noise from the hallway comes through loud and clear, which made for a few restless nights. That said, if you’re prioritizing convenience over privacy and space, this hotel delivers on accessibility and makes a solid base for exploring Istanbul.

What stood out most was how close the hotel is to the airport shuttle stop—just a short walk away, making travel to and from the airport super convenient. Walking distance to Istiklal Street is a major plus, and while attractions like the Blue Mosque are a bit farther, getting there by public transport takes just minutes. The location offers an excellent balance of convenience and accessibility. We’d definitely choose this hotel again on future visits to Istanbul.

I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul’s Sisli district.

Stayed here twice and couldn’t be happier. The room was spacious with a great layout, and the staff went above and beyond—so friendly and helpful. On my second visit, I was upgraded to a better room and treated to a delicious complimentary dessert that actually tasted better than what you’d find at a local shop! The only minor downside is that it’s a bit of a walk from the metro station—about 8 to 10 minutes—but honestly, it’s totally manageable. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and full of charm, with plenty of cafes and local spots nearby. A short ride or a quick taxi gets you anywhere you need to go. Overall, an excellent value and a truly enjoyable stay—I’ll definitely come back.

The spa facilities were relaxing and impeccably clean, and the gym and swimming pool were top-notch, with excellent maintenance throughout. Located in a prime spot, the hotel is just steps away from both the tram and metro, making it super easy to explore the city without hassle. That said, I noticed the lighting in my room and around the pool area could be improved—it felt a bit dim at times. Also, the Wi-Fi signal in the room was quite weak, which made streaming or video calls a bit frustrating. Still, these minor drawbacks didn’t take away from the overall experience. With its great location, superb amenities, and warm hospitality, this hotel offers incredible value for money. I’d happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs—when I asked if we could extend our check-out time by two hours due to my mom’s age and a shuttle scheduled for 5:30 PM, they kindly agreed without hesitation. The location is absolutely unbeatable; it's just a short walk to Osmanbey Metro Station, making it super easy to explore Istanbul on foot or via public transit. Breakfast was generous and varied, offering plenty of options to suit different tastes. Plus, Carrefour is literally right around the corner, so grabbing essentials or snacks is a breeze. Clean rooms, friendly service, and great value—all reasons why I’d definitely stay here again.
