I couldn’t be happier with my stay at Dawson’s Hideaway in Nassau, Bahamas! From the moment I arrived, everything felt just right. The location is perfect—walking distance to local shops, restaurants, and attractions, making it easy to explore the city without needing a car. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with comfortable bedding that made for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom was modern and spotless—impressive attention to detail. What really stood out was the peaceful, lush environment; it feels like a quiet retreat nestled right in the heart of town. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering great recommendations for nearby spots and local experiences. Every aspect—facilities, cleanliness, ambiance, and service—was top-notch. I stayed overnight at Red Carpet Nassau while waiting for my next flight to another island, and it was a perfect stopover. The hotel is incredibly quiet and spotlessly clean—ideal for a restful night before a long journey. It's just a three-minute walk to Poopdeck, one of my favorite spots for a casual meal, and right next to Solomon's Market, where I picked up some last-minute souvenirs before heading out. While there isn’t an outdoor area ideal for smoking a cigar, the overall atmosphere is relaxing and well-maintained. For travelers like me who need a quick, convenient, and comfortable pit stop between islands, this place hits all the right notes. Great location, excellent value, and a peaceful stay—definitely recommend for anyone passing through Nassau.
