The only hiccup came during check-in: when we arrived at the building entrance, the intercom system didn’t work properly, and the host wasn’t available. We had to wait until another resident let us in, which felt awkward and delayed our entry. Once inside, we had to locate a key safe to access the next door—there were multiple codes involved, which made the process a bit confusing at first. However, once we got through that initial step, everything ran smoothly. Afterward, we could come and go freely, no issues at all. Despite that small inconvenience, our stay was thoroughly enjoyable. The apartment offered great value, excellent location, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend this place and plan to return on our next trip to Cologne.
