This was my second stay at Best Western Kom Hotel Stockholm, and I can confidently say it’s become one of my favorite places to stay in the city. The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming—always smiling and ready to help. I especially appreciate the free hot drinks available in the lobby; starting the day with a fresh cup of coffee while relaxing in the cozy lounge is such a nice touch. The room itself is charming and thoughtfully designed—comfortable bed, soft lighting, and just the right amount of space. Everything feels clean, modern, and well-maintained. It’s clear the hotel puts effort into guest experience, and it shows. For anyone visiting Stockholm, this is a great choice if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality. Even though the unit has no windows, we actually felt very comfortable during our stay. The room was warmly heated, making it perfect for the colder months. The kitchen came with all essential appliances, so preparing meals was super convenient. The owner was incredibly kind and attentive, frequently checking in to see if we needed anything. While it’s a bit outside the city center, it’s located in a well-connected neighborhood with easy access to public transit, supermarkets, and various local eateries. There’s also a luggage storage option available—perfect for early check-ins or late departures. Overall, this place offers great value and comfort, and I’d definitely stay here again.

On my early morning departure due to a train schedule, I mentioned I wouldn’t have time to grab breakfast. No problem—they kindly prepared a small takeaway pack with a sandwich, cheese, apple juice, and orange juice. Such a thoughtful touch! I didn’t mind the view of the railway tracks outside my window—it added a unique charm to the stay. And even though I couldn’t open the windows (it was too cold!), the room still had good ventilation. Overall, it’s a well-located, comfortable, and highly recommended hotel. I’d definitely stay here again when visiting Stockholm.
