An hour later, she showed up, tossed the keys through the gate, and said, 'It’s the corner one'—while it was pouring rain, dark, and stormy. Inside, the condition was even worse: the bed wasn’t made, the sheets were visibly dirty, and used towels were scattered around the bathroom. With no clean room available, I ended up sleeping on the couch with my baby. I reached out again asking for a cleaner to come by 8 AM—no one arrived. I followed up multiple times, and only by 11 AM the next day did I receive a reply saying the cleaner was unavailable. The entire stay was stressful, unhygienic, and professionally unacceptable—especially considering the price point. I even contacted the owner directly, offering to pay for the night on the couch and the following night despite the room still being unclean. Initially, they offered a refund—but three days later, I’ve been told there will be no refund. This isn’t just bad service; it’s a complete lack of responsibility. Save yourself the frustration—stay elsewhere.
