We stayed at Palm House Boutique Hotel and Spa in November with our family and two young kids, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience. From the very beginning, Carolyn went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information and support we needed—her attention to detail set the tone for our entire trip. During our stay, we truly enjoyed the Poolhouse area, especially the heated pool surrounded by lush greenery—perfect for relaxing and letting the kids play safely. The spa was a highlight: luxurious treatments that left us feeling completely refreshed. We dined at both restaurants, and every meal was exceptional. Chef Gregory Henderson crafted a menu full of creativity and storytelling—each dish felt intentional and deeply thought out. Paired with Richard’s outstanding wine selections and the impeccable service from Kenny and Nadine, dinner became a true culinary journey. And let’s not forget the cocktails served by Quinton and Lucas by the pool—refreshing, expertly made, and the perfect way to unwind.
