The location couldn’t be better—just across the street from the USA visa biometrics center, making it incredibly convenient for travelers needing to complete their appointment. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and featured reliable air conditioning for comfortable stays. A key highlight was the hot water geyser in the bathroom, so we always had hot water whenever needed. Breakfast was delivered to our room daily from the kitchen—fresh and enjoyable, though tea and coffee required an extra charge, which was fair. For lunch and dinner, the room service menu offered fresh, tasty, and hygienic meals at very reasonable prices. We also appreciated the complimentary one-liter mineral water per room per day, plus free refill stations with both cold and hot water available on every floor. Overall, this hotel exceeded expectations in terms of convenience, cleanliness, and value. It’s a top pick if you're visiting Chennai and looking for a reliable, hassle-free stay.

I simply called him to book a room for my preferred dates, and he not only handled the reservation seamlessly but also took care of every detail to ensure a comfortable stay. I was assigned Room 603, a spacious suite, at an affordable rate—yet everything in the room was well-equipped and thoughtfully arranged.
