This was my second stay at this apartment, and I’m delighted to say it lived up to the high standard of my first visit. Plume, the host, was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout — always responsive and genuinely concerned about making our stay comfortable. The apartment itself was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped. Location-wise, it’s fantastic: just a short ride from Part-Dieu station via line C3, or easily accessible from Perrache using metro line A. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, especially in the evenings, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Two small notes worth mentioning (though not an issue for me as I traveled alone): the staircase to the loft area has no handrail, so caution is advised if traveling with children; also, the bedroom window opens without any safety barrier, though this is clearly mentioned in the guidebook. Additionally, the ceiling height in the bedroom is quite low at around 1.6 meters — slightly cramped but not uncomfortable. Overall, this place offers excellent value, great convenience, and a warm, homely feel. I’d happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, central base in Lyon.
