Absolutely delighted with my stay at Salamander Washington DC! The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and answered all my questions promptly and warmly. When I mentioned an issue with the in-room phone, they responded quickly—maintenance arrived within minutes to fix it, which was impressive. The hotel’s facilities are top-notch: spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. I especially loved the on-site restaurant—it served delicious food at very reasonable prices. Great value for what you get. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this place offers a perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. Definitely a standout choice in the city. I’d happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Washington, DC.

I was genuinely surprised by how impressive this hotel turned out to be—especially compared to most other hotels I've stayed in across the U.S., which tend to feel quite basic or outdated. The Willard Washington D.C. exceeded all my expectations in terms of both quality and value. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from major attractions like the White House and Capitol Hill, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with a timeless elegance. But what really stood out were the on-site dining options—the restaurant and coffee shop offered far better food quality and atmosphere than I anticipated. Service was attentive without being overbearing, and the overall vibe felt refined yet welcoming. It's rare to find such a well-balanced experience outside of big cities like New York or Miami. If you're visiting Washington D.C., this is definitely one of the top choices. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to any traveler looking for comfort, style, and great value.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond with their attention to detail—warm greetings, helpful recommendations, and genuine care made us feel truly welcome. Every little touch, like the thoughtfully curated coffee selection in the room, showed how much they value guest experience. The food was outstanding—breakfast featured local favorites with fresh ingredients, and dinner was a culinary highlight with perfectly balanced flavors and elegant presentation. Located just steps away from major attractions like the Capitol and Smithsonian museums, it’s incredibly convenient for exploring Washington, D.C. With top-tier service, exceptional dining, and a prime location, this is one of the best stays I’ve had in years. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the city.

Staying just steps away from the U.S. Capitol, this hotel offers an unbeatable location for exploring Washington D.C. The building may be a bit old-fashioned, but it’s impeccably clean and well-maintained—every corner feels cared for. What really stands out is the complimentary bike rental program: you can borrow bikes for free (and even get a helmet upon request). On sunny days, riding along the scenic river paths is one of the best ways to experience the city. With its central spot, friendly staff, and thoughtful touches like free bikes, this place delivers great value. Perfect for travelers who want convenience, charm, and a bit of adventure—all in one.

Staying here for a month was one of the best decisions I made during my trip to Washington, DC. After trying several hotels, this Residence Inn truly stood out. The location is unbeatable—right near the National Mall, with walking access to major attractions and a metro station just steps away. The room was incredibly well-equipped: full kitchenware including utensils, pots, knives, and even a dishwasher—perfect for longer stays. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options, and they didn’t use disposable plates. Staff were attentive, constantly refilling empty dishes and clearing used ones without hesitation. The heating system worked wonders—even on windy days, the room stayed cozy and warm, making for a restful night’s sleep. I didn’t know how to use the dishwasher at first, but everything I needed (sponges, cleaning supplies, cloths) was already stocked in the kitchen. It made long-term living so much easier. From start to finish, every moment here brought positive memories. This stay truly wrapped up my trip on a high note. Thank you!

Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! The location is perfect—just a short walk from the metro station, making it super convenient for getting around the city. The hotel itself feels brand new and is spotlessly clean, with modern amenities throughout. Right next door is a 711 convenience store, so grabbing snacks or essentials is a breeze. I appreciated that they required a $100 credit card pre-authorization upon check-in, but no actual charges were made—just a standard security hold. Plus, within a 10-minute walk, you’ll find **舅, which offers great dining options and adds to the neighborhood’s charm. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this place delivers comfort, cleanliness, and excellent value. Highly recommend for travelers who want a hassle-free stay in a vibrant, central area.

Hotel Harrington might be a bit dated, but it’s surprisingly comfortable and well worth it. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained—no complaints there. The air conditioning isn’t super cold, and the windows don’t open, but the room temperature stays pleasantly balanced, never too hot. Location is unbeatable—right in downtown D.C., just a quick walk to major museums, the Capitol, and all the iconic government buildings. Plus, there’s an amazing coffee shop across the street that’s become my go-to spot for a morning pick-me-up. It’s cozy, the coffee is excellent, and the vibe is perfect. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a great central base—especially with the price point. I’d definitely stay here again.

Staying at the Grand Hyatt Washington was a truly delightful experience. The room was spacious and well-appointed, living up to the expectations of a top-tier luxury hotel. Modern amenities, excellent cleanliness, and thoughtful touches made the stay comfortable from start to finish. The lobby is impressively grand and open, giving an elegant first impression as soon as you walk in. What stood out most was the location—just a short walk from iconic landmarks like the White House and the National Museum of Natural History. Perfect for sightseeing without needing to rely on taxis or rideshares. There’s also a shopping complex nearby, with convenient access to dining and retail options. While the nearby parking lot requires a fee, it's a small trade-off for the convenience and peace of mind, especially if you're driving. Overall, this hotel offers outstanding value, comfort, and accessibility—definitely my go-to choice for future trips to Washington, D.C.

The apartment had a strong musty odor and felt very poorly ventilated, making the stay uncomfortable. When issues arose during our visit, the staff was completely unhelpful and unresponsive—no communication at all. We were promised a partial refund in writing, but after checking out, they refused to honor it without any explanation. This lack of integrity and customer service is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone looking for a reliable, clean, and respectful stay. Avoid it.

I stayed at WhyHotel by Placemakr, Union Market while visiting my son in Washington, D.C., and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff here are genuinely kind and go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Special shoutout to Gregori Capella and Breona Pinkney—two outstanding team members who truly care about their guests. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made a lasting impression. The hotel is perfectly located, just steps away from public transit and local attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Clean, modern rooms with thoughtful touches, and an overall vibe that feels both comfortable and welcoming. If this hotel were a chain, I’d say Gregori should be the head manager across all locations—and Breona absolutely deserves a major promotion. This place is a gem and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I stayed at Global Luxury Suites at Tribeca in Washington, DC, expecting a comfortable and secure experience—but unfortunately, it turned out to be a major disappointment. On September 14, 2024, I left the hotel with my family from 11 AM to 4 PM. When I returned, I discovered that two watches (including a Rolex), a diamond bracelet, and a ring were missing. I reported this immediately to the concierge, but their response was delayed and uncooperative. I filed a police report and requested access to surveillance footage from that time frame—so far, no video has been provided, and communication from the management remains minimal. To make matters worse, upon check-in, staff couldn’t locate my key card and had to recalibrate it manually. I also noticed the key fob cover was missing when I arrived—a red flag I didn’t address at the time. Now, with over $10,000 worth of jewelry stolen, and the investigation ongoing, I can’t help but feel the management is not being transparent. This isn’t just poor service—it’s a serious breach of trust. I strongly advise against staying here. Your belongings may not be safe.

Staying at Coda on Half, a Placemakr Experience in the Navy Yard was an absolute delight. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Nationals Stadium and surrounded by great cafes, shops, and local vibe. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, making check-in and any requests feel effortless. The apartment was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for light cooking—utensils, dishes, and even enough kitchenware for four people. The shower had excellent water pressure, which made mornings feel refreshing. With nice weather during our visit, we spent hours exploring the neighborhood on foot, discovering hidden gems and enjoying the energetic atmosphere. It’s rare to find a place that blends comfort, convenience, and character so seamlessly. If you’re looking for a true Washington, D.C. experience with modern touches, this is it—highly recommend.
