Staying at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago Downtown Magnificent Mile was an absolute highlight of my trip! I used the Chicago City Pass, and the hotel’s location is perfect—so many attractions are just a short walk away, from shopping to iconic landmarks. If you're driving, I highly recommend booking parking through SpotHero instead of relying on in-hotel parking; it's more affordable and easier to manage. The hotel’s front doors open right into a lively area with nearby options like Hollands Foods—great for quick, budget-friendly meals. Breakfast was solid, with a good variety of hot and cold items. The only minor downside? Cell reception isn’t always strong, probably due to the building’s height and thick walls, but it didn’t ruin the experience. I originally planned to stay just one night, but the convenience and vibe were so great that I extended my stay by another night. If you're visiting Chicago and want a central, hassle-free base with excellent access to everything, this hotel is a top choice.

Check-in was a bit slow, but the staff made up for it with incredibly warm and attentive service. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was smooth. This place offers excellent value and comfort—100% recommend! I’ll definitely be back.

Staying at Level Chicago - Fulton Market was an absolute delight from start to finish. The cloud lounge was spotless and ideal for quiet work—perfectly peaceful with great ambiance. The entire apartment was immaculately clean, down to the smallest detail, making it feel like a true home away from home. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was Katrina, the staff member who handled our booking. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail stood out—she went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The location in the heart of Fulton Market is unbeatable, with easy access to amazing dining, shopping, and nightlife. If you're looking for a stylish, clean, and thoughtfully managed stay in Chicago, this is it—highly recommend!

This was our first visit to Chicago, and we absolutely fell in love with the city. We’ll admit, we were a bit unsure at first after reading some mixed reviews, but we’re so glad we kept our reservation. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed—everything we needed was right there. This place was once Ray's professional photography studio, and as a fellow photographer, I really appreciated the connection. Talking with Ray about birds and his travels was one of the highlights of my stay. The indoor parking was a huge plus—no more worrying about weather or finding a spot. Breakfasts were generous and delicious, and the staff went out of their way to explain all the amenities in the building. There are plenty of fun games for kids, making it a great choice if you're traveling with family. The whole experience felt warm and personal—like staying at a friend’s home. I loved every moment, and I’d definitely come back whenever I visit Chicago again.

Absolutely fantastic stay at Villa d'Citta! The location is perfect—nestled in a charming neighborhood of Chicago, just a short walk or transit ride from the city’s main attractions. While parking nearby can be tricky, we found a spot after a bit of patience, and overall, we were lucky to stay close to the hotel. The building itself is beautifully designed with a rustic-chic aesthetic that feels both warm and sophisticated. When we first arrived, we were surprised not to find a private bathroom inside our room—but upon contacting the host, we learned it was actually located on the hallway level, spacious and clean. The room itself was cozy and comfortable, with a great bed that made for a restful night’s sleep. Breakfast was outstanding—freshly prepared each morning with homemade pastries, fresh fruit, coffee, and more. It felt like a personal touch, not just a standard offering. Everything about this place felt thoughtfully curated. Highly recommend Villa d'Citta for travelers who value charm, comfort, and authenticity in their Chicago experience.

It's just a 7-8 minute walk to Trump Tower, and less than 20 minutes to Millennium Park. From there, it's only a few more minutes to the shores of Lake Michigan—perfect for a relaxing evening stroll. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We arrived at 10 AM, and even though check-in wasn't available yet, they gladly stored our luggage at no extra cost. When we returned around 2:30 PM, we were told to wait about 25 minutes. But instead of leaving us waiting in limbo, the staff actually came to check on us—and discovered a room was already ready! They apologized and made sure we were taken care of right away. While the amenities aren't flashy, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. For the price and convenience, this place offers outstanding value. I’ll definitely be back if I ever visit Chicago again.
