The apartment had a strong musty odor and felt very poorly ventilated, making the stay uncomfortable. When issues arose during our visit, the staff was completely unhelpful and unresponsive—no communication at all. We were promised a partial refund in writing, but after checking out, they refused to honor it without any explanation. This lack of integrity and customer service is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone looking for a reliable, clean, and respectful stay. Avoid it.

The breakfast was excellent—fresh, varied, and well-prepared—and the dining area was spacious enough to enjoy even when it wasn’t mealtime. The fitness center is clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped, perfect for keeping up with my routine. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—right across from Navy Yard Metro station, with restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, and more just steps away. Everything you need is within walking distance.
